Having a rich heritage in ministry, I accepted the call of God and followed in the footsteps of my father, uncles, and several male cousins by becoming an ordained, licensed minister, the first woman in my family. Upon completion of my formal education at Destiny Bible College I became an ordained, licensed minister.
Needless to say I know ministry like the back of my hand. Ministry has always been a way of life for me, for my family. My husband Craig of 18 years (also an ordained, licensed minister) and I co-pastor Christ Central in Dallas, Georgia. Our family is made up of the two of us and our five beautiful, talented, and Jesus-loving daughters who I call "my belles."
Craig and I have sharpened gifts for teaching and preaching, we know how vitally important it is to impart the rhema word of God to this generation without compromise. We also function in the ascension gifts with a strong emphasis on the prophetic. However, more than anything, we believe God appointed destiny to every person who walks this earth and we consider it a privilege to speak to it and pull it out of people!
I am a firm believer that everyone needs someone in their corner speaking the Word of the Lord over their lives reminding them who they are and where they are going! I have also been known to yank off my high heels and earrings and storm heaven and earth for those I lovingly refer to as my "sistas."
Some of my hobbies and favs include: writing, reading, cooking, preaching and teaching, creating, shopping and making people laugh. I have been published as a writer and called upon from time to time to speak at women's ministries, conferences and church services. Currently I am working on a book to add to my current completed writings.
I count it an honor to be a part of this network and board. I have a heart for women in ministry of all kinds and consider ministry a family call and privilege.
Blessings!
