Pastoring Partners is updated periodically with articles and podcasts that I desire to share as an encouragement to you.  However, it has always been my desire for this ministry to be an exchange of ideas from pastoring partners worldwide. 

I want to hear from you but more than anything I want you to connect with each other.  Since this ministry started, thousands of people have read the resources offered by this site, but my desire is that you'd do more than take a peek.  My prayer for you is connection with others who are also on this journey.

The goal is for Pastoring Partners to be a gathering place for women in ministry...a place for encouragement, support, and to sharpen one another with our ideas and wisdom.
